In June 2012, QME signed a service contract within the project package "Installation of 8 hydraulic systems to control propellers" with the main contractor AnPha Company.
QME's scope of work is as follows:
- Pipeline flushing equipment rental (total 3490m, with maximum pipe diameter 5”) including the following equipment:
+ 02 chemical pumping stations 40 m³/h
+ 03 Flushing stations with total capacity 194Kw, 12 branches, 2900 l/p, pressure 30-60bar (depending on branch)
- Providing specialized degreasing and rust removing chemicals.
- Supplying Hydac oil filter cores – Germany (1300 l/p, 3 Micron Model: 1300 R 003 BN4HC)
- Pipe crimping service at the construction site (on Truong Sa ship). Largest pipe 2” – 6 layers of steel fabric)
- Requirement for pipe cleanliness to reach NAS 5 (equivalent to ISO 4406: 16/14/11) Investor: Dung Quat Shipbuilding
