With the optimized solution of energy consumption and technical presentation of QME, PTSC Underground Construction & Survey Services Company Limited (PTSC GS) trusted and assigned QME the project "Manufacturing HPU 22 KW hydraulic power unit" for ROV workshop - PTSC GS.
Project requirements:
- 45cc piston pump, Max 280bar, constant power control type.
- 22KW electric motor, pump, valve assembly & accessories: 100% new, made in Europe.
- 240 l/p high pressure filter, 5 micron and 330 l/p return filter, 10 micro: Hydac - Germany.
- 200 liter oil tank, hard pipe, connector: 100% stainless steel (Stainless steel 316)
- Electrical control equipment (Europe), electrical cabinet is painted with IP56 insulation.
- The machine frame is painted with anti-rust paint + 2 layers of epoxy, seawater resistant, designed to use forklift and has 4 padeye for lifting and lowering. In addition, the machine frame was load tested and certified for lifting according to DNV 2.7-1 standard. On July 17, 2013, QME delivered and tested the machine to meet the requirements set by PTSC GS. At the same time, QME also received praise from the management board of PTSC GS (European quality and aesthetics at Vietnamese prices).
