Large corporate customers order Quang Minh Equipment Joint Stock Company (QME) to manufacture linear pneumatic control butterfly valves (Control Valve) integrated with limit switch boxes (Limit Switch Box) with the function of accurately notifying whether the valve is in the Fully Closed or Fully Open state to increase safety in monitoring valve operation in the factory.
The Control Valve is integrated by QME from 4 main parts together, including: Damper Valve, Valbia actuator (Actuator - Made in Italy), SMC IP8100 linear unit (Positioner - Made in Japan), Savip limit switch box (Limit Switch Box - Made in Italy).
The Limit Switch Box has the function of sending information to the control screen so that the user knows exactly whether the valve is closed or fully open, in order to increase safety in monitoring valve operation.
QME uses a linear unit that receives a 4 - 20mA signal to control the Damper Valve to open and close at angles of 0 degrees, 30 degrees, 60 degrees and 90 degrees.
The fully open position of the Control Valve is 90 degrees, the control screen will display the yellow status and the Switch box will have the word Open on a yellow background. The initial normally closed position of the Control Valve is 0 degrees, the control screen will display the red status and the Switch box will have the word Closed on a red background.
