2/ Premium Industrial Configuration with SMC & FESTO Components

To provide hands-on experience that mirrors real-world factory environments, all pneumatic components integrated into the QME-KN012 training rig are sourced from global leaders SMC and FESTO. The system includes:

• Diverse Actuators: Features single-acting cylinders, double-acting cylinders (100mm stroke), and loaded cylinders. These cylinders come with built-in magnetic rings for seamless integration with position sensors.
• Industrial Solenoid Valves: Fully equipped with 3/2 normally closed solenoid valves (single/double coil), 5/2 valves, 5/3 closed-center valves, and a high-performance Festo proportional pneumatic control valve (1400 l/min nominal flow).
• Specialized Air Supply: Powered by a heavy-duty 7.5 HP Puma air compressor with a 280L tank. Designed specifically for laboratory use, it operates with very low noise levels; one compressor can simultaneously supply two QME-KN012 training units.
