On 10/10/2010, QME signed a contract with PTSC M&C for the flushing and pressure testing of hydraulic systems for two Stan Tug 3509 vessels (PTSC 02 and PTSC 03) newly built at the PTSC downstream port site.
Project Overview:
Hot oil flushing of the entire hydraulic system on board the vessel including the following systems:

Lube pipe System.

Winch ATF pipe system.

Crane Deck pipe system.

Steering system.

Kamfork System.

Tungger Winch System
- Requirements:
- Cleanliness of oil after cleaning reaches NAS 6-NAS7.
- Flush station parameters: flow rate 1200l/min, Pressure 60bar.
- Flush temperature from 50-65°C.
- Test pipeline pressure to Max pressure: 450bar.
Service equipment:
- 01 60 KW station – 650l/min.
- 01 44KW station – 580l/min.
- 01 Pipeline pressure testing station – Max 700bar
Human resources: Including 04 engineers and 01 commander
Implementation time: 30 days
