Solenoid operated directional cartridge spool valve
The solenoid operated directional cartridge spool valve (often referred to as a screw-in cartridge valve or SICV) represents a leap forward in hydraulic system design. Unlike traditional subplate-mounted valves, the working mechanisms of cartridge valves are threaded and screwed directly into machined cavities within a hydraulic manifold block. An external solenoid coil controls the internal spool to precisely route fluid flow.
