Quang Minh Equipment Joint Stock Company (QME) completed the project "Design and manufacture of hydraulic system for automatic lifting and lowering of the rolling machine on the Container" according to customer requirements.
- The hydraulic system designed and manufactured by QME is used to automatically lift and lower the Container containing the SmartSeam Rolling Machine with a lifting force of up to 20 tons.
- The design structure always ensures safety during operation. There are 4 safety sensor pins attached to the 4 lifting legs, all pins must be fully installed for the system to operate.
- The automatic hydraulic system supports the lifting and lowering of the mobile Smart Seam Roll Forming Machine located on the Container designed by QME, using genuine, quality components and accessories such as Rexroth 11cc gear hydraulic pump, Rexroth flow distribution valve,...
- Before being delivered to customers, the system will be tested and inspected by QME's team of experienced technicians to meet quality and safety standards.
