Pilot operated sequence valve

The pilot operated sequence valve utilizes a sophisticated two-stage design, engineered specifically to manage cylinder sequencing in heavy-duty, high-capacity hydraulic power units. Instead of relying on a massive spring to hold a large spool directly, it employs a small, highly sensitive pilot valve (first stage). When the system pressure reaches the preset threshold, the pilot valve opens, altering the internal pressure balance to smoothly shift the massive main spool (second stage) and allow full fluid flow to the secondary circuit.
