Accurate and affordable hydraulic oil cleanliness testing service

Table of contents

QME provides hydraulic oil cleanliness and contamination testing services for production lines, systems, and machinery operating with hydraulic oil. On-site testing is fast, competitive, and the best in Vietnam. Our team of highly skilled and experienced technicians uses genuine Pall PCM500W fluid cleanliness monitors, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.

    • QME engineers conduct oil cleanliness testing, directly measuring at the production line using the highly accurate PALL PCM500W fluid cleanliness monitor. Testing is performed according to ISO 4406 and NAS 1638 standards.
    • Checking oil cleanliness is a crucial step. New oil typically only achieves an NAS of 10-11, while systems require oil with an NAS of 4-8.
    • The higher the cleanliness, the higher the performance and safety of the machinery and system. Clean oil provides excellent protection for valves, pumps, seals, and cylinders, preventing wear and tear, reducing downtime, and minimizing repair and replacement costs.
    • Highly contaminated hydraulic oil can damage valves, pumps, seals, cause oil leaks, corrode machine parts, and reduce the load-bearing capacity of the hydraulic system.
    • The cleaner the hydraulic oil, the longer its service life, saving on oil change costs and labor.
    • Oil cleanliness determines the load-bearing capacity of the hydraulic system.
    • If the oil shows an NAS of 10 or higher, the oil filter in the system needs to be replaced and the oil filtered. This is because proportional valves and servo valves require an NAS of 5-6.
